Site Requirements
Location:
Surface:
Underground:
- Select your desired location.
- Site must allow a minimum 5-7 feet per side for placement of rope with stakes.
- Site must be clear of low hanging tree branches and low hanging power lines.
Surface:
- Surface area must be relatively flat.
- Dirt/grass surfaces must be firm
- Livonia Tent Rental must be informed in advance if placement of the Rental Tent is anywhere
other than on a dirt surface (concrete, asphalt, stone of any type).
Underground:
- It is the Renters Responsibility to locate any possible underground utilities that are located in
or around the tent set-up site. - Examples of utilities are gas, electric, phone, cable, water, sewage or lawn sprinkler line.
- If you are unsure of the location of your utilities you should contact your local municipality.

| This structure has been manufactured for use as a temporary structure. If you have any doubt about the stability of the structure or if threatening weather is approaching, you should evacuate the tent immediately and seek shelter in an appropriate location. |
Customer Responsibilities:
- Using tape or any type of adhesive on our rental tents is not allowed.
- Customer should be sure the tables and chairs are free from tape and wiped down
after their event.
- Customer should fold all tables and chairs, then stack them in a location easily
accessible.
- Customer is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
- Customer should not place tables or chairs on soft soil where the legs may sink,
causing someone to fall.
- Customer is not permitted to assemble or disassemble the rental tent.
- $50 deposit is required to reserve equipment.
- Remaining payment is due at time of delivery.
